Made with a blackened wild salmon filet, shiitake mushroom corn relish, cilantro aioli, and topped with crisped bacon. And we love the salmon tacos, and I would say that’s one of their more popularly recommended tacos.

We love the pollo tacos made with free range chicken, kale, toasted pepitas, salsa verde and crema (I hold the crema- because dairy free). In fact they were voted Bay Area best tacos 2018! They have an excellent tequila selection. Our favorite seats are at the bar, and both locations have a great set up.
It’s intimate, south-of-the-border, hacienda-style cuisine, and known for it’s innovative Mexican-fusion cuisine & drinks. But we’ve since dined at both and both offer the same great quality experience and food we’ve come to love. And they recently opened a second location in Los Gatos right outside of San Jose (pictures are from that location).
But the one I’m sharing with you today is one of our favorites. So I’ve been spending a lot more time in the bay area, which means a lot more date night spots to explore. My boyfriend lives in San Jose, California.
